The role
You’ll take the lead on paid media strategy and delivery across a varied mix of clients.
That means building and running campaigns across Google Ads, Meta and LinkedIn, managing budgets, and making sure performance is where it needs to be. But it also means stepping back—spotting what’s working, what isn’t, and what to do next.
You’ll work closely with account managers and creatives to keep everything aligned, and you’ll play a part in raising the bar across paid media as a whole.
Responsibilities:
- Planning and delivering paid media campaigns across multiple platforms
- Managing budgets and optimising performance against clear objectives
- Turning client goals into practical, effective media strategies
- Testing audiences, formats and messaging to improve results
- Reviewing performance and sharing clear, useful insights
- Working closely with internal teams to keep campaigns running smoothly
- Contributing to how paid media is approached and improved across the agency
You know your way around paid media and you’re comfortable owning it.
You’ve likely worked in an agency environment (or similar), so you’re used to managing different clients, priorities and expectations. You understand performance, attribution and optimisation—and you can explain it clearly without overcomplicating things.
Just as importantly, you’re someone who takes responsibility, spots opportunities to improve, and gets on with making things better.
