We’re looking for a commercially focused part-time (2-4 days per week) Marketing Manager to build and manage a structured, scalable new-business pipeline.
This is not a traditional brand marketing role. Your focus will be pipeline health, lead nurturing, and converting long-term prospects into qualified meetings for the CEO and Business Development Director.
If you enjoy process, CRM, commercial outcomes, and seeing real revenue impact from your work — this role will suit you.
What Success Looks Like
- A consistent pipeline of qualified prospects
- 3–5 new clients secured per year
- Each client worth £100k–£250k annually
- Reduced reliance on founder networking
- Clear reporting and forecasting on pipeline health
The Role
You’ll own and manage the full marketing funnel, including:
- Content planning and coordination (LinkedIn, insights, case studies)
- Managing outsourced suppliers and freelancers
- Maintaining and optimising Pipedrive CRM
- Building structured lead-nurture campaigns
- Tracking every prospect interaction and next step
- Qualifying and preparing prospects ahead of meetings
- Post-meeting follow-ups and long-term relationship nurturing
- Email marketing and automation
- Pipeline reporting and forecasting
What We’re Looking For
- B2B marketing experience (agency or professional services ideal)
- Strong CRM experience (Pipedrive, HubSpot or similar)
- Confident writing commercially focused communications
- Highly organised and process-driven
- Comfortable managing suppliers and holding them accountable
- Strong commercial awareness — understands how agencies win work
