Marketing Manager (part-time)

We’re looking for a commercially focused part-time (2-4 days per week) Marketing Manager to build and manage a structured, scalable new-business pipeline.

This is not a traditional brand marketing role. Your focus will be pipeline health, lead nurturing, and converting long-term prospects into qualified meetings for the CEO and Business Development Director.

If you enjoy process, CRM, commercial outcomes, and seeing real revenue impact from your work — this role will suit you.

What Success Looks Like

  • A consistent pipeline of qualified prospects
  • 3–5 new clients secured per year
  • Each client worth £100k–£250k annually
  • Reduced reliance on founder networking
  • Clear reporting and forecasting on pipeline health

The Role

You’ll own and manage the full marketing funnel, including:

  • Content planning and coordination (LinkedIn, insights, case studies)
  • Managing outsourced suppliers and freelancers
  • Maintaining and optimising Pipedrive CRM
  • Building structured lead-nurture campaigns
  • Tracking every prospect interaction and next step
  • Qualifying and preparing prospects ahead of meetings
  • Post-meeting follow-ups and long-term relationship nurturing
  • Email marketing and automation
  • Pipeline reporting and forecasting

What We’re Looking For

  • B2B marketing experience (agency or professional services ideal)
  • Strong CRM experience (Pipedrive, HubSpot or similar)
  • Confident writing commercially focused communications
  • Highly organised and process-driven
  • Comfortable managing suppliers and holding them accountable
  • Strong commercial awareness — understands how agencies win work
