A great opportunity has arisen for a Junior Designer to work with a successful in-house design team based in Barnstaple, North Devon or Exeter.
This role offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic Graphic Designer to join a collaborative team within a rapidly growing organisation.
Working alongside two experienced Senior Graphic Designers and as part of a larger marketing team, you'll contribute to creating visually captivating content for a wide array of online and offline marketing initiatives outlined in the Group’s Marketing Plan.
Your main responsibility will be to assist in updating a digital catalogue and creating visually appealing email marketing and website assets.
Your responsibilities will include ensuring the visual identity of the company remains fresh, relevant, and engaging, and at the same time, effectively representing the various brands under the Group umbrella.
This position provides an excellent platform for professional growth and learning within a supportive and forward-thinking environment.
You’ll have excellent knowledge of Adobe design suite, including Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop.
Responsibilities:
- To be the primary contact for one of company’s Invested members from a Graphic Design perspective, working closely with the Marketing Account Manager and team in branch.
- Production of high-quality marketing assets and visually engaging communications across the Group ensuring that they adhere to the Group’s brand guidelines. This will include a diverse range of projects such as the production of compelling digital communications for websites and social media, the production of sales materials, corporate documents and tool kits.
- To product high-quality marketing assets and visually engaging communications for various teams within the group.
- To engage with teams across the organisation to understand their design needs and provide creative solutions.
- To project manage multiple design projects from initial brief through to final delivery, working alongside the requestor/account manager
- To work collaboratively with the Marketing team and the wider team to ensure that all assets and communications are of the highest quality and meet the required brief.
- To support in ad hoc requests, projects and events as and when required.
