My client, a well-established full-service Marketing agency is looking for a Digital Marketing Executive responsible for:

  • Understanding the strengths and weaknesses of each channel to best advise clients where to spend for certain objectives.
  • Developing and implementing digital marketing strategies across PPC.
  • Using analytics software to identify customer touchpoints and assess end-to-end customer experience across diverse digital channels.
  • Defining and measuring key performance metrics, including website traffic, audience engagement, bounce rate, conversion rate against relevant paid media KPIs.
  • Providing ongoing actionable insights into campaign performance to relevant stakeholders.
  • Collecting data to analyse how campaigns are performing, making constant changes, testing and optimising to get the best possible return from a client’s investment using a variety of metrics.
  • Conducting in-depth research into audience targeting based on the clients objectives e.g. keyword research, behaviour targeting, retargeting etc.
  • Maintaining knowledge of industry best practices, new technologies and new channels.
  • Effectively monitoring and managing clients budgets.
  • Coordinating with the Account Management team to identify innovative growth strategies.
  • Working collaboratively with Director of Client Services and Head of Digital to interrogate client briefs, by challenging and asking questions, to develop communications briefs that meet business needs in an effective and accountable way.

  • Analytical thinkers with strong numerical skills.
  • High attention to detail and able to manipulate data using Excel and/or specialist packages.
  • Good copywriters who can develop effective ad copy.
  • Curious about human behaviour and interaction with technology.
  • Articulate, verbally and in writing, able to simplify and convey complex data and the insights gathered from it.
  • Enthusiasm to stay up-to-date with technological developments, particularly developments in search, search engines, core social media platforms (Meta/TikTok/SnapChat/YouTube etc) and programmatic platforms.
  • Commercially minded and able to understand the role of digital in a client’s business.
  • Self-sufficient in their work; able to plan and prioritise.
  • Well organised, efficient and able to work to tight deadlines.
  • Willing to co-operate with and support other team members.
  • Able to work under pressure and seek support when needed.

You will need to have hands on PPC experience and a base-level understanding of what SEO is.
