  • Supporting the setup of a brand-new Indonesian research panel, from onboarding to processes and workflows.
  • Acting as the main point of contact for Indonesian-speaking panellists, delivering a seamless and positive experience.
  • Monitoring panel performance, analysing engagement and identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Producing clear, insightful reports for internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver engaging campaigns and strategies.
  • Helping to build a strong, active, and satisfied panel community.

About you

You’ll be someone who combines strong communication skills with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset. You’re comfortable managing multiple priorities and enjoy working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

We’re particularly keen to hear from candidates who have:

  • Fluency in Indonesian and English (written and spoken)
  • Experience in panel or community management, customer support, or research operations.
  • A track record of working with data and using insights to inform decisions.
  • Exposure to international markets, ideally Indonesia or Southeast Asia.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, analytics tools, or campaign platforms.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.

The details

  • Salary: £36,000 (full-time equivalent)
  • Location: Remote or hybrid, with occasional travel to Taunton for team meetings and training
  • Hours: Full-time (37.5 hours per week)
  • Start date: ASAP

If you’re looking for a role where you can make a real impact, work with global audiences, and be part of a collaborative and supportive team, we’d love to hear from you.
