What’s the role?
You’ll be responsible for driving panel growth and engagement—from launching recruitment campaigns to optimising performance and improving retention.
It’s a nice mix of hands-on campaign management + strategic thinking, with real visibility across the business.
What will you be doing?
- Running and optimising multi-channel acquisition campaigns
- Managing paid media activity (social, search, affiliates, programmatic)
- Owning budgets and ensuring campaigns deliver efficiently
- Building onboarding journeys and improving user experience
- Tracking performance (sign-ups, churn, engagement, response rates)
- Turning data into insights and actions
- Working closely with internal teams to deliver successful panel launches
- Keeping panels active, balanced, and high quality
What do you need?
- Experience in digital campaigns, user acquisition, or panel growth
- Strong track record of optimising performance and managing budgets
- Confidence working with data and analytics tools
- Ability to juggle multiple projects without dropping the ball
- Experience with international markets is a bonus
