What’s the role?

You’ll be responsible for driving panel growth and engagement—from launching recruitment campaigns to optimising performance and improving retention.

It’s a nice mix of hands-on campaign management + strategic thinking, with real visibility across the business.

What will you be doing?

  • Running and optimising multi-channel acquisition campaigns
  • Managing paid media activity (social, search, affiliates, programmatic)
  • Owning budgets and ensuring campaigns deliver efficiently
  • Building onboarding journeys and improving user experience
  • Tracking performance (sign-ups, churn, engagement, response rates)
  • Turning data into insights and actions
  • Working closely with internal teams to deliver successful panel launches
  • Keeping panels active, balanced, and high quality

What do you need?

  • Experience in digital campaigns, user acquisition, or panel growth
  • Strong track record of optimising performance and managing budgets
  • Confidence working with data and analytics tools
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects without dropping the ball
  • Experience with international markets is a bonus
