This is a wonderful opportunity to join a small, independent Creative Design Agency in the centre of Bristol, at a time where they are growing; so the opportunity to shape your role, make an impact on the business and grow your career here is huge!

They work on a hybrid basis with 4 days in the office and 1 from home.

You’ll be an Account Manager, having worked within a creative agency environment or similar brand and be ready for your next role to shape the Client Services function of a growing agency.

This role will combine day-to-day client and project management with a strong business development focus, working with our Business Development Lead to get out and about to find opportunities that bring in new clients.

In this role you’ll be working with some well-known brands on some very interesting and impactful projects.

You’re a self-motivated, highly organised people person with a track record in account and project management, who is very comfortable working in a small but growing team.

Responsibilities:

  • Experience in establishing and growing client relationships at a creative agency.
  • A passion for meeting new people, finding leads, and turning them into clients.
  • Motivated by working with amazing clients on projects with a real impact.

  • A passion to help people understand important, complicated topics.
  • Self-motivated, and very comfortable working in a small team.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Comfortable taking the lead in meetings and workshops.

  • You exude a positive mindset to your work and the client relationships you build.

The role

  • Responsible for the day-to-day management, tracking and delivery of our projects.
  • Identifying and nurturing new business opportunities.
  • Engaging in networking and representing the studio at relevant events.
  • Creating project plans that balance the needs of clients and the delivery team.
  • Developing client relationships and growing accounts.
  • Brief and proposal writing.
  • Preparing quotes, and managing budgets throughout a project.
  • Manage internal and external creative resources.
  • Leading client workshops to shape the direction of potential projects.
