 Working for a highly successful business based in Chippenham, my client is looking for an experienced Resourcing Advisor to join their people team.

You’ll have previous experience in a recruitment role; including all stages of the recruitment process, candidate screening, shortlisting, and exceptional interviewing skills.

 Ideally you will have managed high-volume recruitment campaigns within customer services.

You’ll be responsible for organising and managing careers open days/fair to attract candidates directly and raise awareness of the employer brand. You’ll also be familiar with other key direct candidate attraction methods and keep up to date with the latest recruitment trends.

 Responsibilities:

 Partnering with hiring managers across customer services to fill roles effectively; providing specialist advice and guidance on all elements of the process.

  • Running recruitment campaigns (permanent, fixed term, and temps) to include advertising, interviewing, through to offer and onboarding.
  • Organising and running assessment centres.
  • Working closely with internal HR contacts on all Customer Service resourcing.
  • Filling vacancies, within agreed timeframe and budgets.
  • Working with the Recruitment Administrator to ensure CVs are managed efficiently.
  • Becoming the first point of call for all job applications; providing all documentation, creating summary documents for each campaign.
  • Attending interviews, offering impartial advice to hiring managers and maintaining a focus on the wider business needs at all times.
  • Negotiating contractual terms with preferred candidates.
  • Working on, and when needed, leading improvement activities, from small interventions to larger projects.
  • Reporting on all hiring activity on a monthly basis; working with the Senior Resourcing Partner to establish key metrics and implementing reporting around these.
  • Ensuring all recruitment activities comply with Data Protection and employment law.
  • Building and maintaining professional and collaborative relationships with all stakeholders.
