A highly successful global business, is seeking an experienced digital marketing lead, to be based in their Bristol office.

You’ll have an excellent working knowledge of PPC,SEM, SEO and eCRM campaigns and demonstrate experience of managing multi-million dollar budgets against ROAS (return on advertising spend) targets.

The role will work closely with two other UK heads of departments to deliver integrated marketing campaigns, ensuring market-leading performance to affiliate partners with transparent results.

The role will require management of in-house teams and specialist external suppliers where necessary. The role will also involve attending meetings with merchants and affiliate networks to communicate the business’s marketing capabilities.

Managing campaigns across multiple channels will require expert understanding of affiliate tracking technologies and attribution modelling. In addition, the role will work closely with product and conversion teams to optimise conversion rates and drive a global product roadmap.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a marketing team of channel experts across PPC, SEO and eCRM.
  • Build robust marketing plans to deliver integrated campaigns at agreed ROAS, including full budget line responsibility for the department.
  • Support other Heads of with pitching to merchants and evolving commercial offering.
  • Have a detailed working knowledge of analytics and business intelligence systems
  • Recruit and train new members of the team.
