A highly successful international business, is seeking an experienced Global Content Director to lead the strategy, process implementation and a team of content administrators and editors, taking ownership of the overall offer content strategy and quality.

You’ll have a background in content writing and content management and ensure the business always have the most relevant, engaging, optimised and market leading content available across all products.

You’ll have both process and project management experience, together with digital marketing experience with a strong knowledge of SEO.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create, implement and drive forward the overall offer content strategy, which maximises both user engagement and revenue across the entire suite of products.
  • Play a key role as part of the senior leadership team, inputting to and driving overall business strategy and decision-making.
  • Have a continuous focus on content quality, process improvement, efficiency and automation.
  • Lead a team of content administrators and editors in multiple locations, ensuring the business always have the most relevant and market leading offer content.
  • Influence product and commercial decisions based on content analysis and user demand.
  • Work alongside and as part of overall SEO team and helping to implement and deliver best practice.
  • Work closely with engineering team to deliver a best in class global content management system.
  • Work closely with all departments in the business from tech, affiliates, seo, ppc, comms & BI to ensure all content campaigns and recommendations are adhered to and actionable results are implemented.
  • Report and present content workflow & output, user engagement and content strategy to the business in an insightful and actionable manner.
