They have an opening for a Digital Senior Account Manager, whose focus will be on delivering the highest possible level of service for your clients, working closely with the internal teams to manage creative digital campaigns end to end.

You’re a self-motivated, confident account handler, who enjoys working in a collaborative team environment.

As the Senior Account Manager, you’ll be reporting directly to the Client Services Director and relied upon to deliver strategic solutions across all accounts. As a senior point of contact between the agency and clients, this position will require a faultless attention to detail, excellent communication skills and organisational expertise, in order to manage a varied portfolio of clients.

You’ll have established experience as either an Account Manager or Senior Account Manager, including broad agency experience with a solid understanding of social media and digital channels.

They need someone with strong commercial acumen, with the ability to spot opportunities and upsell to clients.
