Digital Marketing Manager


£30,000 - £35,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Based in Bristol, my client, in the event and entertainment industry, is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join their internal marketing team. Supporting the Marketing Director, this role will encompass developing and delivering the marketing strategy for the business area.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced and enthusiastic digital marketer, ready to apply themselves in an exciting industry to plan, research and deliver effective marketing campaigns (specifically Facebook and e-commerce advertising).

You’ll also have previous experience of managing and supporting direct reports.


  • Supporting the Marketing Director in developing and delivering the overall Marketing Strategy.
  • Managing a team responsible for creating and delivering innovative, efficient and effective marketing campaigns, ensuring objectives, KPI’s and deadlines are met.
  • Measuring performance of all campaigns, including budgets, to achieve sales results and provide insights to power future campaigns.
  • Building and developing models to inform and optimise marketing campaigns.
  • Planning and executing market research programmes to identify developments in audience profiles and online behaviour.
  • Have ownership of the business area’s digital channels, maximising awareness, engagement and conversion.
  • Have ownership of database to develop insight and advance communication.
  • Procuring and managing third party suppliers.
  • Project managing marketing development initiatives to further drive sales.
