A rare opportunity has arisen for a talented Creative Director to join one of the UKs top creative agencies based in Bristol.

You’ll be experienced in consistently producing challenging, award-winning work with commercial success.

A proven ability to grow client relationships is essential and experience in working across multiple creative disciplines is too.

Great communication skills are crucial, as you’ll need to be able to convey and sell your ideas in a clear concise manner. You’ll be comfortable talking about brands and be able to write clear concept rationales.

You will also have the ability to generate creative ideas that not only answer the brief, but also challenge clients and push creative boundaries.

Responsibilities include:

  • Spearheading the creative output of the company and taking them beyond great.
  • Overseeing all aspects of business performance as part of the management team.
  • Being the focal point for the creative team, nurturing their ideas – becoming the ‘go to’ for to coaching and mentoring.
  • Continually pushing for and promoting creative diversity – stretching the company’s combined talents across mediums (TV, Digital, Experiential, etc.)
  • Nurturing the team’s morale, inspiring them and remaining acutely aware of your impact at all times (both positive and negative).
  • Taking the creative lead on projects, ensuring that the design work fully meets the brief and delights the client.
  • Line managing and mentoring the Associate Creative Directors.
  • Monitoring budget spend against achieving the desired result on all your jobs (working alongside the Creative Services team) and highlighting potential overspends.
  • Supporting the recruitment of new talent in line with the agreed people plan.
  • Spotting and acting on new business opportunities with new and existing clients.
